What Do We Provide?

Our group business coaching service includes:

  • Advisor roundtable of 4-6 participants (plus facilitator Bill Edmonds) with similar business revenues and advisory and planning-based orientation
  • The creation of a business plan, complete with tactical ideas to drive goals—specifically focused on deepening connections with existing clients as well as new client acquisition
  • Monthly 1.5-hour roundtable session with all participants via video conference with instructor led content delivery, peer to peer coaching and best practices sharing
  • Monthly 1.5-hour, one-on-one private coaching session with each participant per month via Zoom

Why a Roundtable?

Our group coaching service includes a monthly roundtable session. Our remote video conferences allow you to join your roundtable session from anywhere, with key benefits including:

  • Connect with Peers. Meet industry peers with similar experiences who are facing similar challenges. Build your professional network, receive valuable feedback, discover new tools and resources, and share your own experience.

Monthly One-on-One Sessions

In addition to our monthly roundtable sessions, our group business coaching service includes a monthly one-on-one session with your personal coach. These sessions are performed remotely, so you can participate wherever you are, even if you’re on the go. During your private session, we’ll help you define and refine your vision, then create a personalized business plan to help you achieve your goals. Meeting regularly, we’ll benchmark progress, identify any obstacles standing in the way, and brainstorm actionable solutions for your unique challenges.
