We begin all of our private coaching engagements with an onsite visit. This is so crucial, because it allows us to truly get a sense of your team’s current state and needs while building rapport. During the initial visit, we will conduct the CliftonStrengths Assessment (formerly known as The Strengths Finder 2.0) to get a baseline of your strengths and behavioral drivers in order to identify key opportunities for improvement across your team. We will also work to define your vision, establish SMART goals, and create a comprehensive business plan.

After the initial onsite visit, we will schedule weekly remote coaching sessions. These can be performed over the phone or by Zoom for a more engaging experience. During each weekly session, we’ll check-in on progress, identify any obstacles and work through any challenges. In addition to weekly scheduled sessions, we are also always on call to assist with any challenges or opportunities that come up.
